Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through amyrahijab.com.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Malaysia Shipping

• Peninsular Malaysia: Standard shipping is RM6.
• Free shipping: Available for eligible Peninsular Malaysia orders with a product total of RM100 or more after discounts, excluding shipping charges. Final eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: Shipping is RM15. The Peninsular Malaysia free-shipping offer does not apply.

International Shipping

Shipping is currently available to Singapore and Thailand. The shipping charge is calculated according to the total parcel weight and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times shown by the courier are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery name, address and telephone number are correct before completing payment. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed or dispatched.
